Delete your MKAWA account

This page is for customers, dealers and service users who want MKAWA to delete their app account and associated personal data. You can use it even after uninstalling the Android app.

What happens next

  1. 1. Request: Submit the registered email address or phone number.
  2. 2. Verify: MKAWA verifies ownership through a registered contact channel. Never send your password or OTP.
  3. 3. Complete: The login account and unnecessary personal data are deleted or anonymised.

Limited retention

Invoice, payment, warranty, service and linked evidence records may be retained for up to eight years. The minimal deletion receipt and material audit evidence may be retained for up to seven years. Ordinary notifications are removed after 180 days, privacy-minimised diagnostics after 90 days, and unattached uploads after 30 days. A legal hold, open warranty, dispute or investigation may require a longer period. Access remains restricted, unnecessary identity data is deleted or anonymised, and encrypted backup copies expire under MKAWA's published rotation.

If you return to MKAWA later

You may create a new account. Deleted profile information and previous access are not automatically restored. To reconnect an eligible pump, warranty or necessary service history, MKAWA will verify the serial number, invoice and ownership again. Dealer and staff access must be approved again.
